Sandelheath has the following accommodation:

1 Three Bedroom Flat

1 One Bedroom Flat

2 Studio Rooms

6 Large En-Suite Rooms

1 Small En-Suite Room

 

Payment terms for all accommodation is weekly in advance.

Security deposits are required.

These are 4 weeks rent for the flats and £200.00 for the en-suite rooms.

All accommodation will be let fully furnished and curtained.

Floors will either have fitted carpets or laminate/tiled floors with rugs supplied.

Rents for all flats and rooms includes gas central heating and hot water to the taps.

Wireless internet (subject to availability)

Separate television licence's are required for all of these accommodations.

All prospective tenants/guests will be required to complete our application form and supply references. Those  under 25 will be asked to provide a guarantor.

A holding deposit of £50.00 for the rooms and £100.00 for the flats will be required to secure a flat or room pending a successful application.  10% will be deducted from these deposits towards the cost of re-advertising if the prospective tenant/guest decides not the take the accommodation.  The holding deposit be fully refunded if the application is unsuccessful and deducted from the security deposit for a successful application.

Only registered guests are allowed in the en-suite rooms and studio rooms.

Guests may use the dining room for visitors.

Limited car parking is available by prior arrangement only.

Visitor parking is not permitted.

 


Details & Terms for the En-Suite Rooms:

Kettle and cooler in each room.

Shared kitchen and dining room facilities. (residents are jointly responsible for the cleanliness of these rooms)

All bills included.

Guests in the en-suite rooms and studio rooms are responsible for their own cleaning and laundering.

No laundry facilities are available in the building (launderette near-by)

Accommodation charges: £90.00 per week for the large en-suite rooms and  £70 per week for the small en-suite room


Details & Terms for the Studio Rooms:

Newly refurbished to a high specification.

Large rooms with separate shower rooms and kitchen but currently without cooking facilities.

Cooking facilities are currently shared with the guests in the en-suite rooms.

Accommodation charges: £115.00 & £105 per week.

Payment for electricity by pre-payment card meter.

This a good sized one bedroom flat on the first floor rear of the building.

Accommodation includes lounge, kitchen with plumbing for a washing machine, bedroom and bathroom with shower over the bath.

Accommodation charges: £155.00 per week all bills included.

This is an extremely roomy, completely newly refurbished three bedroom flat on the ground floor rear of the building.

Accommodation includes large lounge with conservatory leading to private courtyard garden.

Well fitted kitchen with range cooker and plumbing for dishwasher.

Kitchen door leads to alternative private gated side entrance.

Two good sized double bedrooms and one single bedroom/study which also has it’s own door onto the courtyard garden.

One large shower room with extra large shower, close coupled W. C. and wash hand basin.

There is a second separate shower room and a second separate W. C.

A small utility room with plumbing for a washing machine and room for a tumble dryer.

Accommodation charges: £210.00 per week.
